About Us
Our Mission
- Kings Way International is a faith based, community focused organization dedicated to empowering and supporting families affected by life challenges and enabling them to embrace their full potential and find their true purpose. Through youth-based services, education, advocacy, and compassionate guidance, we strive to create a nurturing environment where individuals can break free from the constraints of adversity, gain confidence, find their inner strength, and embark on a journey of self-discovery.

Co-Founders
Founders Norman & Tiffinnie Alston have been married for over 30 years. Over that time, they've shared the desire to serve others and empower people to be all they can be. The non-profit was create to further the mission they were given and to serve an even broader group of people in need. We have been serving the community for over 30 years through sports, performing arts, mentoring or community outreach. We've consistently grown thanks to the helping hands of amazing people and community!
Our History
We are a community focused organization using our platform to impact and reunite families. Our three focus areas are bullying prevention, family enrichment and outreach. Working with youth is second nature since Norman aka "Coach" as been coaching since the age of 18. Norman and Tiffinnie co-wrote, produced, and directed their first play “Coming Home” in 1996 which ran locally for over 18 years. Tiffinnie wrote two of songs on the Coming Home soundtrack that was released in 2015. We started providing a sit down holiday meal to people in need in 2008 which grew into a community event and later adopted by the local school where Norman currently works. In 2018 we formed Kings Way International to do more and serve more people. We wrote a play called Why Bully Me to address bullying in schools. We created a bullying prevention initiative which has now produced a book and a two tiered program to beak the cycle of bullying in schools and families. Feeding with Love food giveaway and holiday dinner is our way of giving back to communities providing meals and resources to families in need in urban and inner cities communities. In 2020 we partnered with local churches, businesses, and the community to do a summer and fall food give away in 3 separate locations to serve over 600 hundred families. To further support families we created Phenomenal Woman 360 a safe haven to restore women who have been broken, and mentally defeated and help them regain power and freedom in their life and Men Mentoring Men is being developed to build a bridge towards success providing guidance and support.

Our amazing team is dedicated and committed to getting it done. Their compassion and heart for people is what makes everything we do worthwhile.
